Exclusive Ticket Window FAQS

HOW DO I PURCHASE DURING THE EXCLUSIVE TICKET WINDOW? 

 

To buy during this window, we'll email you with the link you need on the 15th March and you'll just need to log in to your Hundred account with the same account details you used to buy last year. From here all matches and categories that you are eligible to purchase will be displayed to you.

 

If you have any problems accessing your account, please click ‘Need help with signing in?’, from here you can reset your password and unlock your account. If you still require assistance, please click here and enter your details and a member of our customer service team will come back to you.   

 

WILL EVERYONE WHO BOUGHT A TICKET LAST YEAR HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE THIS YEAR? 

 

Yes, for anyone who bought a ticket to the 2020 competition there will be an Exclusive Ticket Window from 10am on 15th March until 23:59 on 28th March. 

 

I BOUGHT TICKETS IN 2020, HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY IN THE EXCLUSIVE TICKET WINDOW FROM 15-28 MARCH? 

 

Group stage matches  

 

Within this window 2020 ticket purchasers will be able to buy up to the ticket limit, currently 6 tickets per person per match, for all group stage matches across the tournament. We’re expecting a high demand for tickets, so make sure you buy early to make sure you get tickets for the matches you want. 

 

The Hundred Final

 

Anyone who purchased for either the Men’s or Women’s Hundred Final in 2020 will have the opportunity to purchase up 6 tickets for The Hundred Final in 2021 – PLEASE NOTE The maximum number of tickets that can be bought for all matches in 2021 is currently 6 tickets per person per match. Therefore, if you bought more than this in 2020 for either of the finals, please note that 6 will be the maximum that you can buy this year. Tickets will be available on a first come first served basis, so we recommend purchasing as early as possible during the window.  

You’ll also have first access to buy tickets for The Hundred Eliminators Match. You will have an exclusive 24hr window from 10am on 15th March, where only 2020 Hundred Final ticket buyers are able to buy tickets for this match.  

 

WHEN CAN I BUY TICKETS FOR THE ELIMINATOR MATCH DURING THE EXCLUSIVE TICKET WINDOW? 

 

If you only bought for Group Stage matches in 2020, you will be able to buy for The Eliminator from 10:01am on 16th March – this is 24hrs after the start of the Exclusive Ticket Window.  

 

If you bought tickets for either the Men’s or Women’s Finals in 2020, you will have first access to buy tickets for The Hundred Eliminators Match. You will have an exclusive 24 hr window from 10am on 15th March to buy tickets for this match, before access is opened to all 2020 ticket buyers.
