Oval Invincibles Men make it an opening match double

The two opening matches both went to Oval Invincibles. We saw some wonderful moments on the second night of The Hundred.

Commentary gold

When Dinesh Karthik is on commentary, a laugh is always guaranteed. He's often seen wearing bright and colourful shirts, but not during the men's opening match. And when former England captain Nasser Hussain made a comment about it... well, listen for yourself.

Tom Curran and the 'Natmeg'

You'll see plenty of this when Trent Rockets are in action. Their captain Nat Sciver is a master of the shot known as the 'Natmeg', intentionally hitting the ball between her legs. But it looks like Tom Curran has taken it on for himself! We hope Nat was watching and admiring.

Rock on!

The Kia Oval was rocking. Again. Just as for the opening match in The Hundred Women's Competition, fans loved what they were seeing. Abbie McCarthy is the team DJ for Oval Invincibles and she helped the stadium into party mood.

Get involved, umpire!

No one wants to be left out during The Hundred. And no one is - not even the umpire! Martin Saggers here, making it look very casual as he caught the ball being returned from the crowd.

Sam Curran: King of Facial Expressions

Sam Curran has some interesting facial expressions at all times, but particularly when he's bowling. When he bowled a slower ball, he took it to a new level. Curran's quite the competitor.
