The best place to be on Sunday

It's another quadruple header on Sunday. What else could you possibly be doing?

Four matches. The best entertainment in town. The Hundred is the place to be on Sunday.

We start at Lord's. It's a local derby. London Spirit face Oval Invincibles. Spirit Women won their opening match but the Men fell to defeat. Opponents Invincibles were involved in the competition's opening matches, and won them both. It was quite the atmosphere at The Kia Oval on Wednesday and Thursday evening, so expect it again across the city.

Those in at Lord's will be treated to a performance from JC Stewart. He's co-written with Lewis Capaldi and was responsible for a parody version of the F.R.I.E.N.D.S. theme in 2020. It's not to be missed, coming in between the brilliance of Eoin Morgan and Heather Knight, Sam Billings and Dane van Niekerk.

Then it's up to Emirates Old Trafford for our second double-header. Manchester Originals are yet to win a match in either competition. Their captains will have a big part to play in getting them on the board. Kate Cross struck the first-ever six in The Hundred and took two wickets, while the big-hitting Jos Buttler will be back in the England squad after Sunday's match. Savour his batting while you can.

Still, he might not hit the ball as far as Liam Livingstone. Birmingham Phoenix's elite batter clears 100 metres with ease, so watch out if you're in the crowd. Actually, maybe just wait for it to go over even your head. The Phoenix Women are led by Amy Jones who could easily be the star of the day in Manchester.

The Lathums are providing the music in Manchester and if you don't know who they are, you're in for a treat. They're an up-and-coming Indie band and when you hear their stuff, you'll be converted into a superfan.

It's been a pulsating first four days of The Hundred. Head to Sky Sports The Hundred for all four matches from 10.30am, and the London derby in the Men's Competition is on BBC Two from 2pm.

World-class cricket. World-class entertainment. Come on. Why would you be doing anything else?
