SUSTAINABILITY

Recycling your beer cups 

Delivered in conjunction with One Planet One Chance - the UK's only carbon-neutral reusable cup solution - supporters will be able to assist Trent Bridge’s efforts to become increasingly environmentally friendly with each drink they purchase. 

An extra £1 charged on your first drink of the day will cover the cost of washing your cup for re-use, while you will receive a fresh eco-cup at no extra cost when returning your cup to make a new drinks purchase. 

By dropping your cup into a deposit bin at the end of your visit, you will play a significant part in helping Trent Bridge to reduce plastic waste by ensuring cups can be re-used on future matchdays. Any surplus from the initial £1 will be donated to the Trent Bridge Community Trust. Find out more about where your money will go here.

OPENING TIMES

Your ticket gives you access to both the men’s and women’s matches on the same day, so make sure you get there for the first match!

Matchday start times vary, so make sure you’ve looked at your ticket in the app to see what time the first match starts.

Gates open 90 minutes before the start of the first match.

THE HUNDRED CLUB

If you have tickets for The Hundred Club, on arrival head inside the Radcliffe Road Stand, then take the lift or stairs up to level 2 and you’ll find the Hundred Club within the Sobers Hall.

One of our friendly members of staff will check you in and hand you your drink voucher. They will also and point you in the direction of where your match seats are located. If at any point you’re unsure of where to head kindly speak to one of our friendly stewards or volunteers.

The Sobers Hall will be open for the duration of your visit to Trent Bridge, so please feel free to make use of the facilities here at your leisure where you will find plenty of activities to keep you entertained when you’re not enthralled in the explosive events on the field, as well as an exclusive bar serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Keep an eye out for player visits and interviews in the Sobers Hall during the course of the day.

Bringing your own food and drink

Spectators are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drink. However, supporters are prohibited from bringing alcohol into Trent Bridge or any food/drink in glass bottles.

Water dispensing facilities will be available around the ground if you wish to use your own refillable water bottles.

TRAVEL

By Bike

Supporters are welcome to chain their bikes* to the fence on the Bridge Field Car Park on Bridgford Road. Please bring a chain to secure your bike. This parking will be available from two hours before scheduled start times until an hour after the end of the men’s match.

Bikes are not allowed inside the venue.

By Rail

The ground is approximately a 20-minute walk from Nottingham Train* Station towards West Bridgford and over the bridge, with regular buses also taking the route. Visit www.nationalrail.co.uk or www.eastmidlandstrains.co.uk

By Tram

The nearest tram* stops to Trent Bridge are Queens Walk and Meadows Embankment; they are located around a 20-minute walk from the ground. Alternatively, a stop at Nottingham Train Station can be found just a 20-minute walk away. To help plan your journey visit www.thetram.net

Anyone travelling by car from outside the city can take advantage of NET’s free park & ride facilities located around Nottingham. There are 5,000 spaces available across the Nottingham tram network. Parking can be found at Clifton South, The Forest, Hucknall, Moor Bridge, Phoenix, Toton Lane and Wilkinson Street. For more details, visit www.thetram.net/park-and-ride

By Bus

Regular bus* travel is available to the ground, with bus stops on Bridgford Road and Radcliffe Road. Single tickets cost £2, while Grouprider tickets, costing £8, allow up to five people to travel together (min 1 adult, max 2 adults) and are available to purchase on the bus, provided you pay via contactless means or have the exact fare in cash. By Car

Parking is available in Bridge Field, approximately 200 yards from Trent Bridge and can be pre-booked online at a cost of £10 for Notts members and £12 for non-members. Book your parking here.

Accessibility

Wheelchair viewing positions are available in front of the PKF Smith Cooper Stand, Hound Road Stand and Larwood & Voce Stand, as well as the Hound Road Upper, Radcliffe Road Lower and Middle tiers and the top of the PKF Smith Cooper Stand.

Ambulant attendees with disabilities are welcome across the range of stands and areas, dependent on their personal requirements. 

The majority of the ground has flat-level access throughout. Passenger lifts are available in the following areas:

• Radcliffe Road Stand serving all floors, including the middle and upper terraces, as well as Restaurant Six.
• Hound Road Stand serving the Derek Randall Suite and the upper terrace.
• PKF Smith Cooper Stand - this is located in the Administration Block to the south end of the Smith Cooper Stand.

Accessible toilets are available in the following locations and can be accessed using a RADAR key. If you do not have a RADAR key, please speak to the nearest steward, who will gladly assist.

• Hound Road West (adjacent to the doors to the Derek Randall Suite west stairwell). This includes a Mobiloo-accessible toilet, with an adult-sized changing bench and a hoist
• PKF Smith Cooper Stand level 2
• PKF Smith Cooper rear concourse
• William Clarke Stand north  
• Radcliffe Road Stand ground floor
• Radcliffe Road Stand 1st floor

Baby Facilities 

Baby changing facilities are available in the William Clarke Stand ladies’ toilets, the PKF Smith Cooper Stand toilets, the Hound Road ladies’ toilets, in the Radcliffe Road Stand (on the concourse, beside Radcliffe Road reception, on the East wing of the first floor) and in the Fox Road Stand. Please feel free to ask any volunteer or steward for directions.

Some of our facilities will require unlocking via a RADAR key, so kindly ask a steward or volunteer in blue who will assist you.

An unsupervised buggy park facility will be in the Woodhead Hall.

Access to a private room to breastfeed/express/feed will be available at Radcliffe Road Reception. This room is also available for those families with neurodiverse youngsters that may need a quiet room to retreat to for a little while.

A limited number of Trent Bridge sensory bags will be available to borrow for the duration of the match, and these can be collected from the Radcliffe Road Reception. Bags will include some of the following items: kids-sized ear defenders, binoculars, fidget items and a set of emotion cards. 

Multi-faith Room

A Multi-faith Room is available for use at Trent Bridge. It is located in the Woodhead Hall, to the rear of the Hound Road Stand.

Shop

For souvenirs, replica shirts, bats, balls and training wear, our Club Shop is located at the rear of the Radcliffe Road stand, near the reception entrance on the ground floor. 

Smaller retail units will also be available around the ground, and an additional pop-up next to the main store.

Wi-Fi

Public Wi-Fi is available throughout Trent Bridge, which you are welcome to use at your leisure. 

Simply connect to The Cloud from the available list of wireless networks and follow the sign-in or login instructions. 

Crowd Behaviour

The Hundred is for everyone. We want everyone to feel welcome on our match days and to have a brilliant experience. Anti-social or discriminatory behaviour of any kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Reporting these types of behaviour will help us to ensure The Hundred is a welcoming and inclusive competition and experience for everyone.

If you experience or witness any anti-social or discriminatory behaviour on a match day at Trent Bridge, please report it as soon as possible by texting 88440, starting your message with “Notts”, so that Trent Bridge can try to deal with the issue at the time.
