The Hundred - Fantasy Game Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)

Who we are and these Terms

  1. The promoter of this game (the “Game”) is England and Wales Cricket Board Limited(the “ECB”), a company registered in England (company no. 03251364) with its registered office address at Lords Ground, St Johns Wood, London, NW8 8QZ.
  2. All applications to participate in the Game must be made online on the ECB website at fantasy.thehundred.com (the "Site") or via The Hundred mobile application (the "App") (any such application via the Site or the App being a “Registration”). No applications made in any other manner will be accepted. Where your application is accepted, you have successfully registered and will become a "Player" of the Game. Each Player is then able to create a team or mini-league.
  3. In submitting a Registration, you accept these Terms (including the schedule to these Terms). If you do not accept these Terms, you must not submit a Registration.
  4. In submitting a Registration and becoming a Player, you will be providing personal data to the ECB. Our privacy notice applies to you and sets out how we will use any personal data you provide.

Eligibility

  1. Registration for the Game is open to both non-UK and UK residents who are aged 13 and over, but please note that all Prizes will only be available to individuals who are a resident of and have an address in the UK only (including any delivery of such Prizes, whether such Prizes are physical or electronic (e.g. in the case of the Ticketed Prizes)), unless otherwise agreed by the ECB. If you are under 18 years of age at the time of Registration, you cannot submit a Registration without the permission of your parent / guardian. The collection of any Prize (as defined below) will be subject to Clause 25 if you are under 18 years of age. The ECB may, at its sole discretion, require you separately to submit further evidence that you are a resident in the UK if you are declared as a winner of a Prize (a “Residency Check”). If such winner fails to provide sufficient evidence for a Residency Check (or is otherwise deemed by the ECB to be ineligible to win a Prize in accordance with these Terms), the Prize shall be awarded to the next highest-placed, eligible Player (who, for the avoidance of doubt, may still be required to carry out and pass a Residency Check and fulfil all eligibility requirements as set out under these Terms at the ECB’s satisfaction).
  2. Employees (and immediate family members) of the ECB and / or The Hundred, and employees of TeamCos, The Hundred venues, and playing staff may enter the Game but are ineligible to win any Prizes (as defined below). If such person would otherwise win a Prize, the Prize shall be awarded to the next highest-placed Player.
  3. The Game is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  4. You may only make a Registration for yourself. Registrations must not be made by agents or third parties (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, in the case of a parent or guardian who is providing permission for the Registration process as detailed above). No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete Registrations or Registrations not received by the ECB for any reason. Any such Registrations will be deemed void.
  5. There is no limit on the number of Registrations per household or organisation. However, only one Registration for the Game per user of the Site or App is permitted. Individuals are not permitted to register multiple accounts on the Site or App.
  6. A Registration may be made from 12:00 (BST) 7 July 2026 to 14:15 (BST) 14 August 2026.
  7. The ECB reserves the right to change the name of a Registration, team or league or suspend, disqualify and/or delete Registrations, teams or leagues that contain names, words or phrases which are deemed solely by the ECB to be inappropriate, promotional, profane, derogatory, discriminatory, divisive or offensive (irrespective of the opinion of the Player).
  8. Any Registrations completed or received that are not in compliance with the eligibility and entrance requirements set out in these Clauses 6 to 11 (inclusive) will be automatically disqualified.

Leagues

  1. Players Registering for the Game will be automatically entered into a "Regional League". The Regional League is a mini-league consisting of Players from either: (i) the UK; or (ii) the rest of the world. Players will be automatically entered into a Regional League based on the country of residence selected by the Player at the point of Registration. In accordance with Clauses 5, 23 and 25 in respect of Prizes only being available for Players that are UK residents with a UK address, the Winners of Prizes (as defined below) will only be declared from Players that are part of the UK Regional League. No Players that are part of the “rest of the world” Regional League will be eligible to win a Prize.
  2. Players may also be entered into a “Teams League” depending on their favourite team (i.e. Southern Brave Fans League), which Players will select when registering.
  3. Players may automatically be entered into a “Broadcaster League” in association with the official broadcaster in the UK if the broadcaster chooses to administer a Broadcaster League. Any associated prizes for such Broadcaster League are at the sole discretion of the relevant broadcaster.
  4. Players can establish mini-leagues in accordance with the Game Rules. The ECB does not permit any Player, individual or organisation (save for teams, official sponsors and broadcast licensees with the express consent of the ECB) to create mini-leagues for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
  • (a) charging for entry into a mini-league; and
  • (b) making entry into a mini-league conditional on the purchase of services (including subscriptions) or goods.
  1. Should, in the opinion of the ECB, a mini-league be created for commercial purposes the ECB reserves the right to delete the mini-league and suspend or delete the Registration of the Player who is the administrator of the mini-league without liability. The ECB strongly encourages Players not to join such mini-leagues and cannot be held responsible for their management or any loss suffered through Players’ involvement in such leagues including but not limited to where such mini-league is deleted by the ECB.

The Game Rules

  1. The Game will be governed by the Game Rules (as amended from time to time) published on the Site (and accessible via the App) by the ECB ("Game Rules"). The ECB reserves the right to alter, amend or supplement the Game Rules in its absolute discretion. You agree that no liability shall attach to the ECB as a result of any such change and so are advised to check the Game Rules regularly. The Game Rules form part of these Terms and by registering for the Game, you accept the Game Rules.
  2. The ECB will be the sole decision-maker of any matter of interpretation of the Game Rules and any aspect of the content of, or playing of, the Game. The ECB will not enter into correspondence relating to such matters and its decision as to any matter arising out of or in connection with the Game Rules including but not limited to the allocation of points to any Player and/or the award of any Prize and/or any ranking or league table shall be final and conclusive.

  1. Any breach by you of the Game Rules shall also be a breach of these Terms.
  2. In the event of any breach by you of these Terms the ECB reserves the right in its sole discretion to:
  • (a) permanently or temporarily refuse you entry to the Game;
  • (b) disqualify you from the Game;
  • (c) modify, delete and/or suspend your Registration;
  • (d) delete all related information associated with your Registration; and/or
  • (e) require any reasonable amendment to your Registration.

All such decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. If you are barred or disqualified from being registered as a Player, you shall not be eligible to participate in the Game under any other identity or team name. Any such decision by the ECB shall be final.
