The squads for the 2023 competition are set as The Hundred takes place. 

The top eight slots in each of the Women's Competition squads, and the top 14 slots in each of the Men's Competition squads were all been filled during The Hundred Draft, powered by Sage.

Women's squads had the chance to select their remaining seven players via an open market system, in which they can offer contracts to any player they wish at a salary band of their choosing.

Two additional men's players were selected closer to the start of the competition using the Vitality Wildcard, which allows unselected players who perform well in the 2023 domestic cricket season to be selected.
